We met Granna and Grampy there and went for a walk. Can’t ask for better weather than this!

He smiles a lot and enjoys “talking”, and looking at the world around him. We (the parents) have been able to go out for long stretches on two separate occasions.  The first was on the weekend of June 20th. We went to both Kevin & Christine’s rehearsal dinner (Friday Night) and the wedding (Saturday Night) without Taylor. That was the first time Taylor was without either of his parents for more than two hours. He stayed at home and hung out with Gramzee and Gramps (my parents came down because Josh’s parents were invited to the wedding also) and they all had a wonderful time.  I think that was the hardest for me, with it being the first time I was away from him for more than one feeding.

This past Saturday Taylor went to Granna and Grampy’s house for a few hours while Mommy & Daddy went to see Harry Potter and out to dinner with friends (Lindsay, Glen & Candace). Granna said that he was very chatty. He is becoming quite the “talker”.

It is nice to be able to have wonderful people who will drop almost anything for a few moments with our little guy. It’s also great for the parents to get out of the house and talk like adults once and a while :)
